The recipe for minced meat panzerotti stuffed with tomato and mozzarella: too tasty!

Ingredients
- 350 g of lean minced meat
- 200 ml of tomato sauce
- 70 ml water (if necessary)
- 90 g of light mozzarella cut into cubes (or light galbanino)
- 30 g of grated Parmesan
- 4 cloves of garlic
- 3 tablespoons of breadcrumbs
- 1 egg
- ½ teaspoon nutmeg
- Just enough extra virgin olive oil
- Just enough chopped parsley
- Just enough salt
Preparation
- First place the minced meat in a bowl, add the egg, the breadcrumbs, the grated Parmesan, 2 chopped garlic cloves, the chopped parsley, the salt and the nutmeg, then < a i=1>mix well with a spatula.
- Now place the minced meat on a sheet of baking paper, cover it with another sheet of baking paper and roll it out evenly with a rolling pin.
- Now cut some disks with a cup, place them on a cutting board, fill them in the center with tomato sauce (1 teaspoon) and 3 cubes of mozzarella, close them to make the panzerotti taking care to seal the edges.
- Pour a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil into a non-stick pan, transfer your panzerotti to it, let them cook for 1-2 minutes on both sides.
- Once this is done, oil another non-stick pan, add 2 cloves of garlic crushed with the back of a knife, fry them for 2 minutes , remove them, add the tomato sauce, mix and reinsert your panzerotti.
- Finally close with a lid and let it go for 5-7 minutes, if necessary add 70 ml of water, turn the panzerotti, cover with the lid and continue cooking for a few minutes. Then bring to the table!
