Orchard, it doesn’t last long!

Ingredients

1 pack of vanilla sugar
4 eggs
220 g flour
250 g margarine
220 g sugar
2 teaspoons baking powder
3 sheets of gelatine, white
1 pack of pudding powder, vanilla
50 g sugar
500 ml milk
250 g crème fraîche
1 kg mixed fruit
3 pack of clear cake icing
850 ml water
6 tbsp sugar

preparation

1. First, mix the margarine with the mixer until smooth, gradually add the sugar and vanilla sugar, continue stirring until a combined mass is formed.

2. Then gradually stir in 4 eggs. Mix flour with baking powder and stir in portions.

3. Spread the dough onto a greased baking tray (approx. 30 x 40 cm) and place a baking frame around it.
Put the tray in the preheated oven and bake at 160°C for about 20 minutes. Then let the base cool down.

4. Now for the topping, soak gelatine in cold water (see package instructions). Make a pudding from pudding powder, sugar and milk.
Stir the squeezed gelatine into the hot pudding and allow to cool slightly. Then fold in the crème fraîche. Now spread the pudding cream on the base.

5. Next, clean and wash the fruit, cut it accordingly and spread it on the pudding cream.

Now prepare the icing from water, sugar and cake icing and distribute it on the cake.

Bon appetit
