1 white cabbage
600g minced meat
2 onions
2 carrots
2 eggs
100g diced
bacon 600ml beef broth
tomato paste, salt & pepper, paprika powder, marjoram, mustard
Cut a generous portion of the stalk off the white cabbage, blanch it and rinse it in ice water, then pat dry.
Filling: Mix the minced meat with the egg, 2 tablespoons of mustard, finely diced onion and grated carrots, salt, pepper, paprika powder and finally refine with marjoram if desired. Distribute
small piles on the laid out cabbage leaves, roll them up and tie them together with kitchen twine.
Fry the cabbage rolls in a high pan/pot so that they get color and also leave out the bacon cubes.
Then take the roulades out briefly and briefly sauté some tomato paste in the pan, then pour in the broth and return the roulades.
Cover and let simmer for about 60 minutes and season the sauce to taste.
Enjoy it, my dears?
