Ingredients
For the dough:
170 g flour
¼ tsp baking powder
Fat for the mold
140 g butter
2 eggs
75 g sugar
For the filling:
1 tbsp vanilla pudding powder
3 eggs
500 g apples, tart
1 large lemon, or lemon juice from the bottle
125 g butter, soft
50 g icing sugar
30 g icing sugar
preparation
First, preheat the oven to 185 °C top/bottom heat. Grease a springform pan.
For the dough:
1. Melt the butter and let it cool slightly. Mix eggs and sugar until creamy. Mix the flour with baking powder and quickly fold into the egg cream. Stir in the melted butter. At night, spread the dough into the mold, forming a 4 cm high edge. Keep the dough cool in the mold.
For the filling:
2. Then squeeze the lemon. Wash, peel, quarter and remove the core of the apples. Cut or slice the apple quarters lengthwise into thin slices and drizzle with the lemon juice to prevent them from browning.

3. Now mix the butter with the powdered sugar and pudding powder until creamy and separate the eggs. Stir the egg yolks into the butter mixture. Beat the egg whites until stiff and fold in the egg whites. Mix the apple slices with the cream and pour this into the prepared form with the batter.
4. Bake the cake in the oven for about 55 minutes. If it browns too much, cover with aluminum foil. Allow to cool in the mold. Before serving, sprinkle with powdered sugar. Tastes gigantic!
