Ingredients to make Tartlets with 5 different fillings
- 20 tartlet covers
- 5 eggs
- 325 ml evaporated milk
- 65 g cream cheese
- Salt and pepper
Procedure for preparing the tartlet dough with 5 different fillings
- We will begin by preparing the filling mixture, which will be common for all the tartlets. In a bowl, combine eggs, evaporated milk, cream cheese, salt and pepper. We beat until we obtain a homogeneous mixture.
- We prepare the molds for the tartlets, using individual flan pans or muffin molds. To facilitate removal from the mold, lightly grease the walls with sunflower oil or release spray.
- We place the lids in the molds to form the tartlets. We center the dough and adjust it to the bottom and walls of the mold. For easier handling, we recommend removing the dough from the refrigerator a few minutes beforehand.
Tartlets with 5 different fillings
1. Cheese and Bacon
- 50 gr of Bacon in cubes
- Grated cheese
In this culinary stage, we fill the tartlets with the previously prepared combination of eggs and milk, incorporating generous portions of bacon and grated cheese according to your preference.
2. Prawns
- 8 prawns
- 3 crab sticks or sea crab sticks
- Grated cheese
Firstly, we set aside 4 prawns to enhance the presentation and proceed to finely chop the rest, along with the crab sticks. Subsequently, we fill the tartlets with this exquisite amalgam, cover with generous layers of grated cheese and add the prepared mixture of eggs and milk. We finish the culinary creation with the careful decoration of the prawns that we had previously set aside.
3. Spinach
- 125 g of spinach
- 2 slices of ham, chopped
- Grated cheese
We begin the process by sautéing the spinach for a few minutes in the company of the garlic cloves, infusing an exquisite aroma. Then, we fill the tartlets with this mixture, incorporating pieces of ham, generous portions of cheese and the amalgamation of eggs to achieve a unique gastronomic experience.
4. Salmon
- 100g smoked salmon
- Grated cheese
We begin the process by reserving 4 delicate strips of salmon to highlight the presentation, while we skillfully cut the rest into small pieces. We distribute these pieces of salmon in the tartlets, covering them with layers of cheese and the previously prepared mixture of eggs and milk. To finish, we elegantly decorate the tartlets using the rolled salmon strips that we had previously set aside.
5. Tuna and Anchovies
- 1 can of tuna
- 4 anchovies
- Tomate cherry
- Grated cheese
We proceed to fill the tartlets with tuna, making sure to drain it perfectly and shred it skillfully. Next, we cover the tartlets with a generous layer of grated cheese, and then add the egg mixture and achieve an exquisite combination of flavors. The final touch consists of decorating each tartlet with the elegant presence of an anchovy and a small piece of cherry.
Once we have finished the fillings, we put the tartlets in the oven, which must be preheated, and we bake them with heat up and down at 180ºC until they are golden brown. Once cooked, we let them cool before unmolding them. They can be eaten warm or cold, they are delicious either way.
