Ingredients:

• 150 grams of butter
• 125 grams of sugar
• 2 eggs
• Pinch of salt
• Lemon zest 🍋
• 1 tablespoon of jam
• Approximately 400g of flour
• 8 g baking powder

For Decoration:

• Peach jam
• Strawberry jam

Instructions:

1. Cream butter and sugar, then add eggs, salt, lemon zest and jam.
2. Add flour and baking powder to the mixture.
3. Form small balls of dough and place them on a baking sheet.
4. Make a hole in each ball and add jam to the center.
5. Bake in a preheated oven at 170/180 degrees for about 15 minutes.
