Ingredients

320 g ladyfingers
180 g margarine
420 g cream
200 g cream cheese
24 small cakes (mini cream puffs)
1 jar of sour cherries
2 pack of cake icing, red

Instructions

This is how it works: First, crumble the ladyfingers and melt the margarine. Mix and press firmly onto a springform pan base.

Next, whip the cream and mix with the cream cheese and spread on the base.

Now place the cream puffs on top. Distribute the sour cherries in the gaps. Cover with cake icing. Done!
