Ingredients
For the base:
150 g butter or margarine
150 g sugar
2 eggs
320 g flour
2 tsp baking powder
For the topping:
180 g sugar
2 eggs
4 egg yolks
2 tablespoons lemon juice
¾ liter milk
2 packs of pudding powder (vanilla)
1 kg quark
320 ml oil
For the icing:
4 egg whites
4 tablespoons sugar
Fat for the tray,
possibly powdered sugar for dusting

preparation
1. First, knead the fat, sugar, eggs, flour and baking powder into a smooth dough. Roll out in the greased drip pan or springform pan in the oven.
2. Now for the topping, mix sugar, whole eggs and egg yolks. First mix and add lemon juice and milk, then add pudding powder, quark and oil.
3. Pour onto the dough base and spread evenly with a spatula.
Bake in a preheated oven at 200° C for approx. 30 minutes.
4. Meanwhile, for the icing, beat the egg whites until stiff and carefully sprinkle in the sugar. Spread on the quark mixture and bake again for about 10 to 15 minutes.
Serve dusted with powdered sugar if desired.
