Nobody believes I do it! Unsweetened! No pain! No oven, no jelly! 😊🍫

Ingredients:
Soft ricotta (400 g)
Powdered sugar (60 g)
Butter (60 g)
Cocoa powder (15 g)
Roasted peanuts (100 g)
Chocolate (200 g)
Vegetable oil (30 ml)
Procedure:
In a bowl, combine the soft ricotta, icing sugar, soft butter and cocoa powder. Mix well until you get a uniform consistency.

Add the roasted peanuts to the mixture and mix again. Place the bowl in the freezer for about 1 hour for easier handling.

After an hour, take the dough out of the freezer and shape it into small round balls. Put them back in the fridge for 10 minutes.

In the meantime, melt the chocolate in a bain-marie or in the microwave. Add the vegetable oil to the melted chocolate and mix well.

Take the ricotta balls and dip them in the melted chocolate making sure they are completely covered. Drain them to remove the excess chocolate.

Place the balls on a tray lined with baking paper and let them cool until the chocolate solidifies.

Your ricotta and peanut chocolates are ready to be enjoyed! Store them in the refrigerator and enjoy them whenever you want something sweet and creamy. Enjoy your meal
