Ingredients:
1 glass of warm milk (200 ml)
1 glass of warm water (200 ml)
1 pack of instant dry yeast (10 g)
2 tablespoons sugar (20 g)
2 eggs (yolk separated)
1 glass of oil (100 ml)
7 cups wheat flour (700 g)
1 teaspoon salt (9 g)
Diced cheddar cheese
Procedure:
In a bowl, mix warm milk, water, instant dry yeast and sugar. Let it rest for a few minutes until a foam forms.
Add the yolk of one of the eggs, the oil and mix well.
Add the wheat flour gradually, stirring constantly, until you obtain a soft dough that does not stick to your hands.
Cover the bowl with a towel and let the dough rest for 1 hour or until it doubles in volume.
Divide the dough into 16 parts and shape into balls.
Roll out each ball into a thin sheet and place a piece of cheddar cheese in the center.
Close the dough over the cheese forming balls.
Place the balls in the bread mold, previously greased or lined with baking paper.
Let it rest for 15-20 minutes.
Brush the surface of the bread with the remaining egg yolk and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
Bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees Celsius until golden brown.
Remove from the oven and let cool before cutting.
