Ingredients:
Blender
3 apples cut into cubes
Nuts to taste
3 eggs
100 g of sugar
100 g of seed oil
100 g of milk
Zest of one lemon
200 g of flour
16 g of baking powder
Mold 24×24 cm
Chocolate chips
Procedure:
Preheat the oven to 180°C and prepare a buttered and floured 24×24 cm mould.
In the blender, blend the diced apples together with the nuts to taste until you obtain a smooth consistency.
In a bowl, beat the eggs with the sugar until you obtain a frothy mixture. Add the seed oil, the milk and the grated zest of a lemon. Mix well.
Gradually add the sifted flour and baking powder to the liquid mixture, mixing until you obtain a smooth consistency.
Add the apple and walnut puree to the mixture and mix well.
Pour the mixture into the prepared mold and distribute the chocolate chips evenly over the surface.
Bake in the preheated oven and bake at 180°C for about 40 minutes, or until the cake is golden brown and a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
Once cooked, let the cake cool in the pan for a few minutes, then transfer it to a wire rack and let it cool completely before cutting it into slices.
Serve and enjoy your apple and walnut cake with chocolate chips!
