Banana flan with walnut

Ingredients
1 tablespoon of butter for the bananas
2 bananas
1/2 cup muscovado sugar for the bananas
enough cinnamon powder for the bananas
1 1/4 cups cream cheese
1 cup of dulce de leche
1 1/2 cups evaporated milk
5 eggs
enough cash
wafers to decorate
enough toasted and chopped walnut

1-Heat the evaporated milk with the cinnamon and star anise over low heat until it boils. Cool and reserve.

2-Heat the butter in a frying pan over medium heat, melt it a little and add the banana, muscovado sugar and sprinkle cinnamon; cook for 5 minutes and remove from heat. Booking.

3-For the cheese mixture, blend the cream cheese, the dulce de leche, the evaporated milk that you heated before and the eggs. Booking.

4-To assemble the flan, pour cajeta into the bottom of flan pans or individual molds, add the bananas and the cheese mixture. In a bain-marie with hot water, cook at medium temperature on the stove for approximately 30 minutes. Cool.

5-Unmold the flans and decorate with chopped walnuts and wafers.
