1 kg quark, 20% fat content
6 eggs
100g flour
250 g margarine or butter

Preparation:

1. Mix all the ingredients together and pour into a springform pan. Bake at 170°C top/bottom heat for about 1 hour.
2. After baking, let the cake cool in the oven so that it doesn’t collapse.
