INGREDIENTS
White Cream:
• 300 ml condensed milk
• 300 ml cream
• 300 ml/10.6 ounces milk
• 2 tablespoons corn starch
• 2 egg yolks

Chocolate cream:
• 300 ml condensed milk
• 300 ml cream
• 300 ml/10.6 ounces milk
• 2 tablespoons corn starch
• 3 tablespoons 50% cocoa.

•biscuits
• milk
• vanilla essence
• grated chocolate for decoration
• strawberries for decoration

METHOD
Mix all the ingredients for the white cream and boil it.
Mix all the ingredients for the chocolate cream and bring to the boil.
Add vanilla to milk.
Place half of the white cream into the mold. Place biscuits soaked in milk on top.
Then add half the chocolate cream and cover with a layer of biscuits. Distribute the remaining white and chocolate cream. Store in the refrigerator for 4 hours. Sprinkle with grated chocolate and garnish with strawberries.
