Ingredients needed for sorbet: 3 cups of sugar, 3 cups of water, 2-3 drops of lemon juice. For the dough: 1 egg, 1 cup of oil, 1 cup of yogurt, 1 bag of baking powder, 1 bag of vanilla sugar, 1 cup of semolina, 3 cups of flour
Procedure: first we prepare the sorbet so that it has time for the sugar to melt well.
