How to make apple pie with custard

First we prepare the custard (Preparation: milk, yolk and sugar) and let it cool very well.
In a bowl, place the ricotta and sugar, blend well, add the eggs and mix. Add the oil and mix again, you can manipulate it with an electric mixer if you have one at home or go a little further and do it with a hand mixer.
Then we continue with the other ingredients: flour and yeast. We add them to the mixture, always mixing from below.
Grease and dust a cake pan, with large hinges and a diameter of 22 cm would be ideal. Pour the preparation for this rich and delicious apple pie into the mold and place the hand-cut apples on the surface. And finally add our second fried pasta cream of the stars.
Take grandma’s apple pie to a static oven preheated to 180 degrees and let it cook for about 35 minutes.
As soon as we see the cake swollen and golden, we take it out of the oven and let it rest at room temperature so that it cools and you can unmold it comfortably.
Sprinkle the apple pie with as much sugar as you like, but just enough to give it a sweet, rich flavor.
