I prepare 15-20 jars for the winter. Cucumbers for storing in an apartment: they couldn’t come up with a better recipe

Ingredients for pickled cucumbers:

  • cucumbers – volume for a jar 1 liter;
  • onions – pcs.;
  • dill umbrellas – 2 pcs.;
  • peppercorns – 10 pcs.;
  • bay leaf – 2 pcs.;
  • water – liter;
  • salt – tbsp. l.;
  • sugar – 2 tbsp. l.;
  • vinegar 9% – 100 ml.

Preparing pickled cucumbers:

We wash the cucumbers and leave them in a bowl of cold water for a couple of hours. Cut the onion into small cubes and chop the dill umbrellas with scissors.

Place 2 tablespoons of onion and dill into a jar, and then compact the cucumbers. Add peppercorns and bay leaves to the jar.

Pour water into a saucepan and begin to bring to a boil over medium heat. At this time, pour salt and granulated sugar into the water; you need to dissolve the granules.

Pour vinegar into the boiling liquid.

Pour the boiling marinade into a jar with cucumbers and close the lid. Line the bottom of a large saucepan with a towel and pour warm water.

Place jars of cucumbers on a towel and bring to a boil. It is recommended to boil the cucumbers for 15 minutes.

If the jars are smaller than a liter, then reduce the time to 10-12 minutes.

After boiling, roll up the jars and turn them upside down. Wrap the jars in a towel and wait until they cool completely.
