Ingredients
800 g low-fat quark
600 ml whipped cream or cremefine
150 g sugar
1 packet of vanilla sugar
150 g milk chocolate
200 g butter biscuits or Oreo biscuits
100 g butter or margarine
milk if desired
preparation
Crumble the biscuits, warm the butter or margarine and mix the biscuit crumbs with the liquid fat.
Divide the mixture between 10 glasses or a large bowl, press lightly into the bottom and place in a cool place.
Mix the quark, sugar and vanilla sugar together, whip 400 ml of cream until stiff and fold into the mixture. If the cream is too thick, gradually add a little milk until the desired consistency is reached. If you want, you can fold in a few mandarins here. Drain well and pat dry so that the cream does not become watery later.
Pour the mixture into the glasses and smooth it out with a spoon.
Melt the chocolate and the remaining cream (200 ml) in a water bath until you have a homogeneous mixture. Leave the desserts to cool in the fridge so that the ganache solidifies a little again and decorate as desired.
