Streusel cake with mandarins and sour cream

Ingredients:

For the dough:

700 g flour
300 g sugar
250 g butter
2 eggs
4 tsp baking powder
2 packs of vanilla sugar

For covering:

8 cans of mandarin oranges, drained
8 cups of sour cream
160 g sugar
2 packs of pudding powder (vanilla flavour)

Preparation:

Mix the ingredients for the dough/streusel to form a dough. Line a baking tray (the higher drip tray) with baking paper and grease the sides with butter.

Put half of the dough on the baking sheet (crumble it) and press it down. It is best to then roll over it with a rolling pin or a glass.

Mix all the ingredients for the topping (except the mandarins) with the mixer. Finally, add the mandarins and mix them in with the mixer (the mandarins will be torn to pieces in the process, but that’s how it should be). Put the topping on the dough.

Crumble the remaining dough on top as a crumble.

Bake at 175 degrees for 1 hour and allow to cool in the tin!
