Boil the peeled and chopped potatoes until ready, mash them to the state of puree. Break an egg into a puree, pour in the potato broth, add salt and sugar and yeast, mix thoroughly.
Shred the green onion and add to the puree. Pour the flour there, knead a soft and sticky dough.
Leave the dough under the cling film for 30 minutes.
Roll out the dough, put it on a table sprinkled with flour. Divide the dough into small dumplings, roll them into thick cakes.
Finely chop the sausage, rub the cheese and put it in the middle of each cake.
Seal the filling inside the dough. Fry the patties on both sides until golden brown in hot oil in a pan.
The result is lush, soft pies filled with cheese and sausage.
