Papans for tea are ready in a matter of minutes – they are so good!

INGREDIENTS:
500 g of cheese;
2 eggs;
1 teaspoon of baking powder;
1/3 teaspoon of salt;
150 grams of sugar;
300 g of flour;
oil – for frying.
METHOD OF COOKING:

  1. In a large bowl, mix the cottage cheese with baking powder, salt, eggs and sugar.
  2. Gradually add sifted flour and knead the dough. You may need more or less flour, it all depends on how moist your cheese is. You should get a soft dough that easily sticks to your hands.
  3. Grease the work surface with oil and roll out the dough to a surface 7-10 mm thick.
  4. Cut papanasi with a glass with a diameter of 3-4 cm, also greased with oil. Give them a good shape. Do the same with the remaining dough.
  5. Heat a pan with oil and fry the papanasi on medium or low heat for 2-3 minutes on each side.

If desired, the puff pastry can be sprinkled with powdered sugar. Cheese desserts come out soft and fluffy. You will be delighted from the first bite. They are fried in oil and are a little high in calories, but for such a treat, you can sometimes make an exception.

We wish you a pleasant appetite in the circle of your loved ones!
