Ingredients:
250 g of mascarpone
200 ml of whipping cream
50 g of icing sugar (or more, depending on taste)
Lotus Biscoff biscuits (enough quantity to create a layer of crumbled biscuits and a layer of whole biscuits)
Lotus Biscoff biscuits for decorating (optional)
Instructions:
Prepare the cream:
In a large bowl, beat the mascarpone with the icing sugar until you obtain a smooth and homogeneous cream.
In another bowl, whip the cream until soft peaks form.
Gently combine the whipped cream with the mascarpone mixture, mixing with movements from bottom to top until you obtain a soft and well-blended cream.Assemble the dessert:
Prepare clear glasses or jars to serve the dessert.
Crumble some Lotus Biscoff biscuits and spread them over the bottom of the glasses to create a layer of biscuits.
Pour a layer of mascarpone cream over the crumbled biscuits.
Layer of whole biscuits:
Place some whole Lotus Biscoff biscuits on the layer of mascarpone cream, taking care to position them so that they are visible on the outside of the glass.
Repeat the steps:
Add another layer of mascarpone cream on top of the whole biscuits.
Continue alternating layers of crumbled biscuits and whole biscuits until the glasses are filled.
To decorate:
Garnish the tops of the glasses with whole or crumbled Lotus Biscoff biscuits, as desired.
If you wish, you can also add a sprinkle of chocolate chips or a dusting of cocoa powder for an extra touch of deliciousness.
Cool down:
Place the glasses in the refrigerator and let the dessert cool for at least an hour, or until it is very cold and firm.
