âś…Ingredients:
raw yeast – 20-30 g (or dry 10 g)
flour – 400 – 450g
vegetable oil – for frying
butter – 50g
milk – 250ml
sugar – 50g
egg – 1 pc.
salt – 1/2 tsp
âś…Cooking:
- For the dough, pour 250 ml of warm milk into the bowl, add raw yeast.
I add 20 g raw, if I cook dry, then 10 g. Add one tablespoon of sugar, leave the rest aside.
Stir and leave for about 15 minutes to make sure the yeast is working. Pour them into a bowl. Take a mixer bowl, add 50 g of butter, add the remaining sugar and set to mix. Mix one egg again and pour in the yeast and milk. Add half a teaspoon of salt and 450 g of sifted flour to the resulting mass. - Using the hook attachment, knead the dough.
To make it very tasty, you need to knead the dough well for about 10 minutes. You can do it all by hand, but it’s much easier with a kitchen machine; it simply has no equal. We set the time and do other things. Let the finished dough rise.
It takes approximately 1 hour. While the dough is rising, I’ll show you how to make soft serve ice cream using milk and banana. Peel and cut two bananas and freeze them. The weight of frozen bananas is 200 g. - Place frozen bananas in the mixer, pour in 50 ml of milk and beat.
Soft ice cream is ready. We transfer it into bowls and serve it to the table.
I place the risen dough on the table, knead it and divide it into parts. - From each part I make 50 g of buns. Now, using, for example, a glass, I make flat cakes.
Using my finger, I make a hole in the middle and stretch it. I make all the blanks at once. I pour a lot of vegetable oil into the frying pan. I heat up and lower the workpieces. - Fry over medium heat. Roll the finished donuts in sugar. Serve with condensed milk.
