TV – rolls

Ingredients

4 rolls to bake
100 g cream cheese
100 g sour cream
2 tbsp cheese, grated
1/2 pepper(s), yellow, orange or red
2 slices of salami or ham (from chicken)
2 mushrooms, fresh
3 cm tomato paste from the tube
salt and pepper
Paprika powder, sweet
Parsley
possibly Aromat or Fondor or Maggi

preparation

Preheat the convection oven to 150°C. Halve the baked rolls. Mix cream cheese and sour cream in a bowl. Then finely chop the remaining ingredients and fold in. Season to taste.

Spread the mixture onto the rolls (a heaping tablespoon per half) and bake until the rolls look brown and crispy – this takes about 8 – 10 minutes in my oven. You can make green salad with it. The rolls are great to eat on the sofa, but also as a party snack or “normal” lunch or dinner.

Most of the ingredients can be varied throughout the fridge, but I like this version best. It also works really well if you spread the bun halves thinly with herb butter beforehand.
