When cooking time is limited, quick recipes become our saviors. Pan pizza is just such a case. Just 5 minutes to prepare and another 5 to cook – and your family will be full and happy!
Let’s start cooking. Take a bowl, break two eggs into it, pour in 4 tbsp. spoons of sour cream and mayonnaise. Mix well with a whisk.

After this, add 9 tbsp. spoons of flour and a teaspoon of baking powder to make the dough more airy.
Mix vigorously. It is not necessary to use a mixer. Let’s move on to the filling. We cut 100 grams of your favorite sausage, two small cucumbers and two tomatoes.
Terme 100 g of cheese – the more the better!
Place the dough on a preheated and greased frying pan.
Next, spread ketchup, tomato sauce or adjika (2-3 tablespoons).
Lay out the chopped ingredients and sprinkle with cheese.
Cover with a lid and leave over low heat until the cheese is runny, usually about 5 minutes.
The final touch is to sprinkle the pizza with fresh herbs.

This dough is thin, tender and remains soft even after cooling.
A simple and quick solution that will become your “trick” in the kitchen and will come to the rescue when you need to cook something quickly.
