Unrealistically tasty, juicy and quick to prepare New Year’s tangerine pie

New Year’s tangerine pie is a quick and incredibly juicy dessert that will delight you and your loved ones.

First, let’s prepare the caramel. Pour 4 tablespoons of sugar into a dry frying pan, place over medium heat and wait 5-7 minutes until the sugar melts, without stirring. Then reduce the heat and gently stir the resulting mass.

Divide the tangerines into two parts.

Separately, beat the eggs with 80 grams of sugar, add vanilla sugar and a little salt.

Gradually pour in melted butter (can be replaced with vegetable oil) and milk.

Add the sifted flour and baking powder, then beat with a mixer or whisk until smooth.

Line a baking pan with parchment, pour caramel onto the bottom and distribute it evenly.

Place tangerine halves, cut side down, on top of the caramel.

Pour the prepared dough on top.

Preheat the oven to 180 degrees and bake the pie for 30-40 minutes.

After baking, carefully remove the cake from the pan and let it cool.

Serve this fragrant and delicious pie to the New Year’s table and enjoy the holiday!
