Ingredients
500 g salmon fillet(s), 4 pieces
500 g spinach, young, frozen
200 g cream
150 g cheese, grated, milder
1/2 onion(s)
1 clove garlic
2 tbsp honey, 3 tbsp if desired
2 tbsp cream cheese
salt and pepper
Cayenne pepper
Paprika powder, sweet
Herbs
1 chili pepper(s)
preparation

Preheat the oven to 185°C top/bottom heat.
Defrost the spinach, salt it, season with cayenne pepper and spread it in the bottom of a shallow baking dish.
If necessary, defrost the salmon, add salt and place it on the bed of spinach.
Place honey in a small bowl and mix with finely chopped chili and sweet paprika.
Dice half an onion, peel and finely dice or press the garlic clove, fry both in oil until the onion begins to brown. Pour in cream, add cream cheese. Spicy seasoning as desired.
Gently warm the honey in the microwave or in a water bath until it is liquid. Not cook! Use a brush (a silicone brush works well) to spread generously over the salmon fillets and drizzle some over the spinach. Leave about 1 tbsp left. Spread the cream sauce around the fish on the spinach, as well as the cheese.
Place the baking dish on the rack in the lower third of the oven and cook for about 30 minutes. In between, brush the salmon again with honey. The cheese is then golden brown and the dish is ready.
Potato side dishes or rice go well with this.
