ingredients
500 g of flour
250 grams of butter
250 grams of sugar
1 drop of vanilla sugar
2 eggs
1/2 point flour powder
Jam (currant jam)
Sugar coating
preparation

Mix butter and sugar. Add eggs. Knead flour mixed with yeast. Chill the dough for 30 minutes. Laying on a well-flourished work surface and cutting out the shape. There should be the same number of reasons.
Use your finger to cut another hole in half of the cut cookie, because the cookie will be filled with jam. Available in pans lined with baking paper.
Bake in the oven at 200°C top/bottom heat or 180°C fan for about 10 minutes, the cookies should still be light.
After cooling, spread sour jam on the half without a hole (for example, currants), and glue the second half with a hole on top. Finally, sprinkle with icing sugar.
The cookies keep well in a tray or Tupperware container and taste especially good when left to sit for a few days.
