How to make potatoes with breadcrumbs and ham?
Peel the potatoes and cut them into equal-sized pieces for even cooking. Take a fairly large pan, fill it with water and bring it to the boil.
As soon as the water starts to boil, add the salt and potatoes. Cook them for about 6-7 minutes, then drain them.
Pour 3-4 tablespoons of breadcrumbs, a few tablespoons of dried rosemary (or fresh rosemary), a little pepper and a pinch of salt into a large bowl; mix. Add the potatoes little by little and mix gently.
Cook the potatoes, in a pan or in the oven.
For pan-frying, pour 3-4 tablespoons of olive oil into a fairly large pan. Brown the garlic cloves. Then add the slices of ham cut with a knife and brown them. Add the potatoes and cook over medium heat until golden brown. Stir gently from time to time.
For baking in the oven, place the potatoes on a baking tray lined with baking paper. Add the sliced ham and garlic. Cook everything for about 20-30 minutes at 200° until the vegetables have become golden and crispy.
And here it is! The potatoes with breadcrumbs and ham are ready to be served.
