200 g butter
250 ml water or milk

120 g powdered sugar
70 g chocolate
preparation
That is how it goes:
1. First of all, stir the sugar, eggs and vanilla sugar together for the dough, then stir in the soft butter until a smooth mixture is formed. Then stir in the flour, cocoa and baking powder and add liquid to form a smooth dough that should easily fall off the spoon.
2. Now line the baking tray with baking paper and spread the dough evenly on it and smooth it out. Then bake in a well-preheated oven at 190 degrees for about 20 to 30 minutes (stick test) and let the base cool down!
3. Meanwhile, when the base has already cooled, dissolve the coconut oil in a small pot or microwave and mix the egg yolks with the eggnog. Then add the powdered sugar and beat in soft butter. Now let the dissolved coconut oil cool down a little and add it to the cream in small portions.
4. The finished mixture will initially be very uneven, but once all the coconut oil has been folded in, it should be very even, smooth and spreadable.
5. Now slowly spread the cream evenly over the floor. Finally, melt the dark chocolate and drizzle it in an irregular pattern onto the eggnog cream or carefully spread chocolate shavings on top and refrigerate.
