Salmon in garlic, always delicious!

Ingredients (4 people):
– 4 salmon fillets (about 1 inch thick)
– Salt and pepper from the mill
– 2 teaspoons olive oil
– 2 minced garlic cloves
– 1/4 cup (65 ml) chicken broth
– 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
– 3 tablespoons butter, divided + 1 teaspoon butter
– 1/2 teaspoon honey
– 2 tablespoons fresh parsley
– Lemon wedges.
Preparation:.
Step: 1 Place a teaspoon of butter in a small saucepan and heat over medium heat. Add the garlic and sauté for 1 to 2 minutes.
Step: 2 Add the chicken broth and lemon juice. Allow the sauce to reduce by half (approx. 3 minutes).
Step: 3 Add the butter and honey and whisk until well combined. Set it aside.
Step: 4 Season the salmon fillets well with salt and pepper.
Step: 5 Heat the olive oil in a large pot over high medium heat.
Step: 6 Add the salmon and fry for about 4 minutes on one side and 2 to 3 minutes on the other side.
Step: 7 Serve with a generous dollop of butter sauce. Garnish with parsley and serve with lemon wedges.
