Soft and tasty apple pie for only 80 calories

Ingredients

  • 2 apples
  • 100 g of flour
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 sachet of baking powder
  • 50 ml of milk
  • 50 ml of natural light yogurt
  • 60 g of stevia-based sweetener (or 100 g of white or whole sugar if you prefer)
  • Juice of ½ lemon

Preparation

  1. Start by peeling and cutting the apples into thin slices. Sprinkle with lemon juice, this prevents the apples from turning dark and adds a delicious citrus touch.
  2. In a bowl, beat the eggs with the sweetener until you get a fluffy mixture.
  3. Gradually add the milk and light yogurt, whisking continuously.
  4. In another container, mix the flour with the baking powder and then add to the previous preparation, mixing well until you achieve a smooth dough.
  5. Now, prepare your lunch box with a little oil or parchment paper.
  6. Pour half of the preparation into the pie plate, place a layer of apples and then cover with the rest of the dough. To finish, put the rest of the apples on top.
  7. Send it to the oven preheated to 180°C and cook for about 25-30 minutes. You’ll know it’s ready when you poke it with a toothpick and it comes out clean.
  8. Once out of the oven, let it cool for a while in the pan, and then transfer it to a rack to finish cooling.

When serving, you can add a touch of cinnamon on top or a pinch of powdered sweetener to give it extra flavor.

You see, it is possible to indulge in a sweet treat that is friendly to your figure. Dare to prepare this cake and surprise everyone with a light and exquisite dessert!
