Ingredients
for a springform pan
250 g flour
2 tsp baking powder
7 drops vanilla flavor or the pulp of a vanilla pod
some milk
150 g butter
150 g sugar
3 eggs
1 paradise cream vanilla flavor
0.3 l milk
8 apples, depending on size
preparation
1 . First, line a springform pan with baking paper. Then peel the apples, quarter them, core them and score them lengthwise on the top.
2. At night, stir the eggs with butter, sugar and vanilla flavor until foamy. Gradually add the flour with the baking powder and the milk (I don’t measure the milk, but do it by feel, the dough shouldn’t be too thin, so one shot is enough).
3. Now pour the dough into the springform pan and smooth it out. Now spread the apples on the dough in a wreath shape. Preheat the oven to 170°C fan oven.
4. Mix 300ml milk with the bake-proof pudding cream and spread the pudding in dollops over the apples using a tablespoon. Bake for about 25 minutes. It all depends on the oven. It’s best to do a stick test.
