Coconut cream croissants with addictive potential!

Ingredients

250 g flour
100 g cornstarch
50 g sugar
5 packs of vanilla sugar
250 g butter
170 g desiccated coconut
1 tbsp baking powder
10 tbsp sweet cream
50 g sugar
4 packs of vanilla sugar

preparation

1. First, heat the butter and liquefy it. Then stir the butter, flour, cornstarch, baking powder, sugar, desiccated coconut and cream into a dough and knead it. Let the dough cool for 10 to 15 minutes.

2. Now form small crescents from pieces about the size of a marble and place them on a greased baking tray. Bake at 170°C on the middle rack for 20 minutes.

3. During the baking time, mix the 50 g sugar and the 4 packets of vanilla sugar well in a bowl. Next, just toss the finished crescents in the vanilla sugar-sugar mixture and set them aside to cool.

PS: The crescents may still feel soft straight out of the oven, but that changes after they cool down briefly! Complete!
