Ingredients
500 g quark
200 g butter
550 g flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 pinch of salt
cinnamon sugar for rolling
preparation
1. First mix the quark, butter (room temperature), a pinch of salt and flour to form a dough ball.
Then cut the dough ball into several small pieces, knead into balls and roll each out into a round cookie. Fold this over in the middle and fold it over again to create a nice fan.
2. Now roll the compartments in cinnamon sugar (if you don’t like cinnamon, you can use vanilla sugar instead) and place them on a baking tray lined with baking paper.
3. Bake in a well-preheated oven at 190 °C for approx. 30 minutes (do not take your eyes off the oven).
