This is the moistest cake I have ever eaten. Cake in 15 minutes.

Ingredients:

For the dough:

5 eggs
150 g of sugar
A pinch of salt
120 g of flour
40 g of cocoa powder
1 teaspoon baking powder
15 ml of water
28x18cm baking tray
For the chocolate cream:

2 eggs
150 g of sugar
16 g of vanilla sugar
80 g of corn starch
700 ml of milk
300 g of spreadable cheese
100 g of dark chocolate
Procedure:

Preparation of the dough: In a bowl, beat the eggs with the sugar and a pinch of salt until you obtain a frothy mixture. Add the sifted flour, cocoa powder and baking powder, mixing gently. Add water and mix until smooth. Pour the mixture into a previously buttered and floured baking pan. Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for about 25-30 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean. Once cooked, let the dough cool.

Preparation of the chocolate cream: In a saucepan, mix the eggs with the sugar and vanilla sugar. Add the cornstarch and mix well. Add the milk and cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until the cream thickens. Remove from the heat and add the cream cheese and chopped dark chocolate. Mix well until you obtain a smooth and homogeneous cream. Let the cream cool.

Assembling the cake: Cut the dough into 3 layers. Distribute the chocolate cream evenly over the first two layers of dough. Add the peach pieces to the cream. Overlap the layers and cover with the third layer of dough. Spread a thin layer of chocolate cream on the surface of the cake.

Decoration: Decorate the cake with grated chocolate and peach slices. Leave to cool in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours before serving.

Service: Once cooled, cut the cake into slices and serve. Enjoy your meal!
