In the blender add 4 eggs + half a cup of oil + a cup of milk + a cup and a half and sugar, beat everything very well.
In another container add two cups of wheat flour + half a cup of cocoa powder. Pour the liquids over the top and mix well.
Lastly add a tablespoon of baking powder and mix. Grease an 18 cm diameter pan and pour the dough, bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for approximately 40 minutes.
Filling:
Two cans of condensed milk + 200 grams of white chocolate (optional) + 1 tablespoon of butter + 1 box of cream, mix everything over medium heat until it no longer sticks to the bottom of the pan, set aside and cool.
Preparation:
Once the cake has cooled, cut it into 4 equal parts. For the syrup to moisten the cake: 200ml of water + 2 tablespoons of sugar + two tablespoons of cocoa powder, heat over low heat until it boils.
Assemble the cake in the same pan you baked it with plastic wrap around it, add a layer of cake, wet it well, add a little filling, then add whole oreo cookies (I used 3 packs of 90 grams).
Repeat this process until you run out of ingredients and refrigerate for at least 6 hours.
To the roof:
200 grams of melted semi-sweet chocolate + 200ml of cream, mix the two and refrigerate until firm.
Unmold the cake, spread the frosting on top and around it, decorate with cookies and enjoy! IT LOOKS SURREAL
