Ingredients: 150 gr. of condensed milk. 150 gr. of Maria, Digestive or Lotus type cookies. 70 gr. of melted butter. 500 gr. of whipping cream. 500 gr. Philadelphia type cheese. 200 ml. milk. 2 envelopes of curd (24 grams). This time we have decorated with raspberries. It is also very good to decorate with dulce de leche.
