For the custard cream:

• 550 ml of this
• 5 tablespoons of sugar
• 2 packets of vanilla-flavored pudding powder
• 80 g garden
• 120 g of whipped cream

For the chocolate glaze:

• 220 ml whipped cream
• 120 g of dark chocolate
