Ingredients:
- 3 EL neutrals Öl
- 2 packs of vanilla pudding powder
- 5 Owner
- 850 g quark (can be low-fat quark)
- 220 g sugar
- 2 cups of sweet cream (200 g each)
- 2 cups of sour cream at 200 g
- 3 drops lemon flavour (lemon baking oil)
- 1 tsp Rum
- 1 pack of vanilla sugar
- Fat and breadcrumbs for the mold
Preparation:
- First, separate the eggs and beat the egg whites until stiff. Put the remaining ingredients and the egg yolks in a bowl and mix thoroughly. Finally, fold in the stiffly beaten egg whites.
- We now fill the quark mixture into a greased baking tin that we have previously sprinkled with breadcrumbs.
- We bake the cake in the preheated oven at around 180 °C top/bottom heat for around 60 – 70 minutes without opening the oven door. Let the cake cool in the oven and only remove it from the tin once it has cooled completely.
Now your quark cake without a base is ready to be eaten. Each piece literally melts in your mouth and will enchant you with its creamy taste and delicate consistency.
