For the ground
150g butter or margarine
150g sugar
2 eggs
320g flour
2 teaspoons of baking soda
For covering
180g sugar
2 eggs
4 egg yolks
2 tbsp lemon juice
¾ liter of milk
2 packs of pudding powder (vanilla)
1 kg quark
320 ml oil
For the casting
4 egg whites
4 tbsp sugar
Fat for the tray
possibly powdered sugar for dusting
preparation
- So, first knead the fat, sugar, eggs, flour and baking powder into a smooth dough. Roll out in the greased drip pan or springform pan in the oven.
- Then mix sugar, whole eggs and egg yolks for the topping. First mix and add lemon juice and milk, then add pudding powder, quark and oil.
- Pour onto the dough base and spread evenly with a spatula.
Bake in a preheated oven at 200° C for approx. 30 minutes. - Meanwhile, for the icing, beat the egg whites until stiff and carefully sprinkle in the sugar. Spread on the curd mixture and bake for another 10 to 15 minutes.
Serve dusted with powdered sugar if desired.
