For everyone who cares about their health and their figure, as well as all vegans, they should write down this recipe because it is really great. It contains only fresh, raw ingredients, it does not contain sugar, it is prepared quickly and very simply, it is ready in 5 minutes, and it can be used in any diet. Here’s what you need:
INGREDIENTS REQUIRED: 3 peeled bananas + 1 banana for filling + 1 banana for decoration, 30 g of quality organic cocoa + 1 spoon for decoration, and whoever wants can mix it with a little Ceylon cinnamon (1 teaspoon), 300 g oat flakes ( it is best to be whole), for decoration you can use ground walnuts/hazelnuts/almonds
PROCEDURE: Put three peeled bananas, broken into smaller parts, into a blender, add 30 g of cocoa powder and a teaspoon of cinnamon (if you like, optional), then blend well until you get a smooth banana puree.

Add the resulting mixture of bananas and cocoa to 300 g of oat flakes. Stir with a spoon or spatula until completely smooth and evenly distributed, then divide the mixture into two equal parts.

Line a smaller cake pan with baking paper on the bottom and sides, then pour one half of the mixture, spread it evenly and press a little to get the “crust”, i.e. the base of the cake.

Take a larger banana and cut it into 2-3 mm thick slices. Arrange them on top of the oatmeal base and cover the entire surface. Shake the second part of the mixture on top.

Spread evenly, press with the spoon/spatula and level the surface. Cover the top with a transparent stretch film and leave the cake in the refrigerator for 3 hours to cool down nicely and harden.

FOR THE DECORATION/glaze: Place a peeled and chopped banana in a blender, add a spoonful of organic cocoa, then blend until you get a nice, smooth topping. Apply it on the cake, spread it on top, then sprinkle ground walnuts or hazelnuts. See the details of the procedure HERE .
