4 potatoes
salt
pepper
olive oil
wheat
Preparation

Peel and slice the potatoes and put them in the microwave for 8 minutes.
Add salt, pepper, olive oil and speck.
Pour the mixture onto the puff pastry and bake for 30 minutes at 190°C. Serve.
