For the dough:
250g sugar
500g flour
3 pcs eggs
220 ml milk
220 ml oil
1 pack of baking powder
For the curd filling:
300 g quark
1 pc egg
Powdered sugar as needed
Aside from that:
Sweet cherries
Preparation:

1. This is how it works: Beat eggs and sugar until fluffy, then add milk and oil in portions and finally mix in flour and baking powder.
2. Now place the dough on a baking tray lined with baking paper and top with pitted cherries.
3. Finally, mix the quark with an egg, sweeten if necessary and distribute in small heaps between the cherries. Bake at 190 degrees C for about 25-30 minutes.
