Ingredients:

  • 200g of finely chopped walnuts
  • 150g of flour
  • 100g of sugar
  • 100g of butter at room temperature
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • A pinch of salt
  • Powdered sugar to decorate (optional)
  • Oven preparation:
    • Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
    • Line a baking tray with baking paper or lightly grease with butter and flour.
  • Preparation of the dough:
    • In a large bowl, cream the butter with the sugar until light and fluffy.
    • Add the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
    • Stir in the vanilla extract.

    • If you prefer, you can replace some of the nuts with chopped almonds or hazelnuts.
