How to prepare tiramisu with pan di stelle

First separate the egg whites from the yolks by placing them in two different bowls.

Tip
For a dessert suitable even for the little ones, you can replace the moka coffee with barley, decaffeinated coffee or milk and cocoa, as in tiramisu for children. You can also enrich the cream with dark chocolate flakes or chopped hazelnuts, and decorate the cake with a cocoa and hazelnut spread.

The tiramisu with pan di stelle can be kept in the freezer for 1 month and, once defrosted, in the refrigerator for 2 days, well covered with cling film.
