INGREDIENTS
White cream:

300 ml / 10.6 ounces condensed milk
300 ml / 10.6 ounces cream
300 ml / 10.6 ounces milk
2 tablespoons cornstarch
2 egg yolks

Chocolate cream:

300 ml / 10.6 ounces condensed milk
300 ml / 10.6 ounces cream
300 ml / 10.6 ounces milk
2 tablespoons corn starch
3 tablespoons 50% cocoa.

grated chocolate for decoration
strawberries for decoration

PROCEDURE
Mix all the ingredients for the white cream and boil it.
Mix all the ingredients for the chocolate cream and bring to the boil.
Add vanilla to milk.
Place half of the white cream into the mold. Arrange the biscuits soaked in milk on top.
Then add half the chocolate cream and cover with a layer of biscuits. Distribute the rest of the white cream and chocolate. Store in the refrigerator for 4 hours. Sprinkle with grated chocolate and garnish with strawberries.
