Ingredients:
- Cherry
- Boiling water
Preparation:
Place cherries in washed jars. Fill to the brim.
Next, boil a large pot of water to fill the jars. Pour boiling water to the brim and immediately cover the jars with lids.
When everything is ready, cover them on top with a warm blanket. Leave in this form for 20-30 minutes. This will allow them to warm up well.
When the jars have cooled, put on a sieve lid, if you have one. If there is no such cover, then you can take a regular plastic cover and make holes yourself.
Drain the water from each jar into a saucepan. We will still need this liquid.
Add another 100 ml of water and put the pan on the fire. Cover with a lid and cook until the water boils.
Add half a teaspoon of citric acid to each jar of berries.
When the water in the pan has boiled, pour it back into the jars.
This time we close the jars with a lid and tighten them using a special device.
We turn them over and cover them with a blanket again, after 24 hours they will warm up quite well and can be put away until winter. Everyone: Bon appetit and new culinary successes.
