INGREDIENTS:
160 ml (2/3 cup) milk
400 g (2 cups) sugar
115 g (8 tablespoons) butter
115 g dark chocolate
40 g (3 cups) puffed rice
30 g (1/4 cup) cup) of cocoa powder
- Remove the pan from the heat and add the dark chocolate. Stir with a spatula until the chocolate melts and mix everything together.
- In a bowl, combine the puffed rice and cocoa powder and mix. Pour in the prepared chocolate and mix until well combined.
- Using 2 tablespoons, pour the mixture onto the baking tray lined with baking paper. Press the dough with a spoon to form a round cookie.
- Let the biscuits rest at room temperature for 30 minutes, then transfer them to the fridge to firm up
Powder:
Pour the milk into a saucepan, add the sugar and butter and stir over medium heat until combined.
