How to make an apple pie that melts in your mouth. Just a few minutes of work!

Ingredients for making a melt-in-your-mouth apple pie
3 eggs
100 g (1/2 cup) sugar
1 pinch of salt
1 small teaspoon of vanilla sugar

100 ml milk
80 g oil
240 g (2 cups) flour
2 teaspoons baking powder
4 apples (800 g)

Turn on the oven and set the temperature to 180 degrees Celsius. Let it heat up while you stir.

In a deep bowl, crack the 3 eggs. Add a pinch of salt, 100 g of sugar and a teaspoon of vanilla essence.
Manually whisk the mixture until the sugar is completely dissolved. If you wish, you can add a touch of cinnamon to enhance the flavor and color of the cake.
Pour 100 ml of milk and mix well. Then add 80 g of melted unsalted oil and mix until completely absorbed.
Add the dry ingredients to the liquid mixture. For a soft texture, sift together 240g of flour and 2 teaspoons of baking powder before adding.
Mix until you obtain a homogeneous mass, without lumps. Save the mixture while you cut the apples into cubes.

Grease the bottom and sides of a medium-sized baking pan with butter or oil to prevent the cake from sticking. Distribute the apple cubes evenly in the mold.
Pour the mixture over the apples in the mold and level the surface. Place the mold in the oven preheated to 180°C and cook for about 35 minutes.
To check if the cake is cooked, insert a toothpick into the center; If it comes out clean, your apple pie will be ready to enjoy!
